It was an great experience. Kyra was the first person I spoke with. She was very nice to me on the phone. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm glad that I had the chance to meet her in person. Erick (sales representative) was so awesome with me in the process. I couldn't make up my mind on which vehicle to purchase. He was very patient and kind with me. He worked very hard to get me in the SUV that I wanted. I want to thank them both for making this experience smooth for me.

I was selling a used vehicle and they reached out with interest. They were so easy to work with. They drove to me to pick the vehicle up, and the whole transaction lasted maybe 10 minutes. We worked with Martin and it was such an easy process!

I was welcomed at the door with a warm friendly smile and handshake from Blake Coleman. We let him know what we were interested in. After the test drive we came back with questions that were thoroughly answered. Anything he wasn’t sure of he made sure he got an answer from someone who did. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing and very helpful and patience with me. This was my first buy financing a car and he made the experience very easy and comfortable. 5/5 stars.

Capital City Motor Company is one of the dealerships that won’t constantly pressure you into buying a vehicle and they will not constantly call or text you to sell you something as they will wait for you to do it on your own time. The salesman I dealt with was rod and he was one of the best salesman I have ever met he helped me in every way even when I was scared of always being pressured to purchase a vehicle by other dealers he told me to do it on my own time when I’m ready and when I find the right vehicle. Will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Today I was super nervous and stressed not knowing if I was going to be able to get a car but Erick was super sweet and took the stress off my shoulders. He worked with what I had and my budget and we found a car that fit for me!🥹 Yesterday I did have a bad experience at another well known company the vibes were off and they were just a bit rude and they never ended up calling me back to let me know if they had a car within my budget.
