Had to replace a car very last minute, and came in not knowing what to expect. But Marcel, was an amazing help. He truly made the experience painless. No high pressure, just talked to us and got to know us. After hearing what we wanted, he showed us many options to keep us within our budget. If you need a new car, come in and ask for Marcel!! Posted our car for sale on FB marketplace. Molly was the first to reach out. Made an offer, countered pending viewing the car. Got all the paperwork done over text. Brought the car in and walked out within 30 min with agreed offer, all the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. Made the whole experience great fast and easy! Molly was great!

We had a great experience at Capital City Motor Company in Des Moines. We got approved for a 2023 Ford Maverick…. When they say they work with people with all sorts of credit, they really mean it.
