Went in to look at a car and Gavin was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for. Although I didn’t end up buying the car, Gavin was very easy to work with and gave me great customer service. I would rate my experience a 10/10 and definitely will recommend to friends!

Wow!!! An amazing experience I had at this dealership today… Molly and her team were great, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was selling a car on Marketplace and Molly ( buys cars for the dealership from the public) which I never even knew that existed.. lol. I thought it was a scam message on messenger but I quickly found out that Molly is a real person connecting with the public to buy used cars in good working condition. We communicated a little on FB, I let her know I wasn’t interested in buying any car and said of course not a problem. Her intentions were to buy my car for what I asked for. It was amazing, no hassle, no attempts to low ball my price which was even more amazing. Much respect for this dealership and MOLLY and their mission to get the public into quality cars!!

4/27/2026 Had another great experience at Capital City Motor. Thanks to Erick Muñoz. Old truck broke down and Erick was able to secure us a new 2023 GMC Sierra with a trade in of the broke down truck. With the trade in and GAP coverage we were able to get $20,000 off our new truck. Great payment plans as well. The time spent was worth all of it to leave with the truck we wanted! Thank you also to Vanessa for being on the phone first thing this morning after our searches yesterday! Appreciate you both for all the work you did for us!!! We will for sure be back in the future!!!! 2/15/2025 We had a wonderful experience. Dave Campbell was so wonderful in working to get us the best deal possible. We went in looking to get something to just get by and left with a nice new truck. More than we ever thought possible. We were given more for our trade in than we thought possible. We will definitely be doing my car business here again!
