Kyra and Hannah were helpful over the phone. When I walked in for my appointment, Rod immediately greeted my 10 year old son and myself. I walked in thinking my credit was worse than it actually is, so that was a nice surprise to find out otherwise. I also walked in not knowing if I'd be approved, as I am self employed and due to recent illnesses and time off of work my income dipped a bit the last couple of months. I also was in a situation of not knowing how much longer my vehicle with 225k miles on it would last, and that worried me- especially since I have upcoming trips to the Mayo Clinic. Rod took the time to understand my situation, and he asked what was important to me while also offering me a good trade in amount for my vehicle.I told him what kind of vehicles I was NOT interested in, and the three most important things for a vehicle for me: low miles, low payment, and big enough for me to haul around my sale signs. Rod understood the assignment, and got me in a vehicle that I'm beyond happy with. The national average car payment is $720, and mine is WAY below that. If you're self employed, and unsure of what you can get approved for I highly recommend Capital City Motor Company. I also highly recommend working with Rod. He was patient, actually listened to my needs and wants, and never once made me feel pressured into buying anything I wasn't interested in. He also made sure I was approved for the best possible interest rate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in all honesty, which says a lot since I'm also in sales and know how important it is to do what's best for your client vs forcing them into a purchase they're not going to be happy with. When it comes time to buy vehicles for my kids or for my next upgrade, you can guarantee I'll be back to visit Rod.

Come into this location today and was setup to work with Gavin!! They were very busy but he didn’t customer jump!! He stayed with me through the whole process talking about pool and where we are from just getting to know my salesman and him his customers! At the end of the day I am happily in my new Mazda CX-5 and from a GM in the automotive service industry this team cares about their customer and will fight to find a way to get you in the car you want!! I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a new ride!!!
