I told Marcel exactly what I wanted regarding payments, mileage, and winter driving. He gave me several options and when the one I chose didn't work out through no fault of his own, he was persistent in finding what I was looking for. He stayed positive and friendly throughout and kept me updated on any changes. Working with him made this an extremely positive experience. I never felt that he was just looking for a sale. I could tell that he genuinely cared that I got what I wanted.

OUTSTANDING! I placed an FB Marketplace ad to sell my SUV, and Martin was one of the first to reply, offering exactly what I had asked. The following day they bought my SUV. Martin was an incredible communicator and expedited all the activity at the dealership, less than 30 minutes and out with the check!
