I arrived at opening. My appt wasn’t until 11:15 but I was seen right away. The salesman was respectful, courteous, and listened to all my needs and wants. He got me into a vehicle that met all my requirements. He was interested in me as a person and the family I brought with. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The car I ended up getting was all the way in Boone at the other location but he sent someone right after it and got it down here. He was so friendly and made you feel like more than just another car on the board. Loved all the chat while I waited.

I can't say enough good things about Capital City Motors. Not only did they buy me out of a loan in a 2017 Nissan Titan that was going to need some veey expensive repairs. They gave me 3000.00 over the appraisal of the truck but got me in a newer SUV. with 75,000 less miles than my truck. They also let me take it to my mechanic so he could check it out. They vehicle had a couple things that would need replaced. Breaks Rotors and a seal that was begining to leak. I showed them the repair ticket from my mechanic and without question said the would fix the issues. I have never had a better vehicle purchasing process. They kept me at the payment I needed with a low down payment. A big THANK YOU to the Rod and Dillan. You guys are the best. I will be back again. Thanks again for helping me.
